As the season winds down the Roses seize a rare chance to play freely, with Lizzie igniting the attack, scoring twice in six minutes, Corrie adding a third goal from a corner ten minutes later. Lizzie scored her hatrick bringing the score 4-0 at half-time. In the second half Lizzie keeps her clinical edge, converting two additional strikes propelling the Roses to a decisive 6‑0 triumph' to sign off our home league campaign. Although our strikers were in goal scoring form, our defenders and goal keeper ensured a cleansheet and our midfielders and wide players created numerous oppertunities for our strikers to score.
